New Mum & Baby Home Visit

The intention here is a one-off visit in the comfort of your own home, offering gentle manual therapy and feeding advice to help support mother and baby; especially if you’re not feeling up to leaving the house yet. You may feel you need help easing some residual discomfort from pregnancy and birth as well as helping to sooth and relax baby. It's really important that mum feels as well as she can to meet the additional demands a baby places on her at this stage. It can also be a helpful opportunity to identify what if any areas need further care or assessment.

For practical reasons I have to limit these geographically to the St. Albans area – please get in touch!
